Professionals

Thank you for visiting the The Baton Rouge Women's SLAA StepSisters Group website. This page is intended to offer information about recovery from Sex and Love Addiction to mental health professionals so that you might aid your clients in recovery from Sex and Love Addiction. We hope that you will refer your clients and patients to our meeting for recovery from Sex and Love Addiction. Our meeting is a women's only group of Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous. Women from surrounding areas are welcome to attend our meetings. We offer help to women who suspect they have a problem with sex addiction, love addiction, romantic obsession, co-dependent relationships, fantasy addiction and/or sexual, social and emotional anorexia.

We encourage professionals to ask their clients to contact us directly. We have found that the Sex and Love Addict contacting us directly to be the most favorable to help their recovery chances.  Our hotline number is (225) 435-9330. We ask that the addict, not the therapist call the number. Your client can call the hotline number and leave a message or email us through the contact form provided on this website. We will return her call. We recommend your client leave a number which one of our members can contact her directly.

We are grateful for the opportunity for recovery and the contribution by the mental health community in the process. We wish to be available to help other suffering Sex and Love Addicts seeking a solution to their disease.  Many of us in S.L.A.A. found our way to the program through our therapists and mental health professionals. Our goal is to carry the message of recovery to mental health professionals.   If you would like more information about Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous, please review our website, call our hotline, or use the contact form on the website to request more information. We will do our best to respond to professional inquiries for information.
